Fiscal & Administrative Officers Group Key Speaker
Hali Croner, CEO, Croner Company, will present the session “Tools, Tactics and Compliance Issues for Administering Compensation Programs” at the Fiscal & Administrative Officers Group (FAOG) 2019 conference September 8-11, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.
Hali will present material critical to increasing understanding of relevant compensation principles and approaches, including compliance; enhancing understanding of current compensation trends in the Foundation sector; and increasing understanding of tools and tactics for structuring and administering pay programs.
The annual conference furthers the FAOG mission to provide professional enhancements for the financial and administrative staff of community foundations and to take a leadership position in establishing and communicating standards for the financial and administrative functions of community foundations.
