C2HR Connectivity Providers Survey
The C2HR Connectivity Providers Compensation Survey is an annual compensation survey providing industry-specific benchmarks for salaries, incentives and other compensation components to cable multiple systems operators (MSOs), satellite and telecommunications operators and home security companies.
Jobs covered in the Survey include corporate positions as well as field operations and installation technicians and customer service positions. The Survey has been the benchmarking resource for compensation professionals in the MSO industry since its inception in 2002.
World-Class Participants
In 2025, 11 companies – representing approximately 100,000 employees – are using Croner C2HR Survey data to benchmark compensation for 165 positions, understand salary differentials and establish rational pay structures throughout their organizations.
The participant companies in the Survey report represent the majority of industry employers and therefore provide strong industry representation. They include the largest MSOs as well as regional cable and telecommunications operators.
