The third annual planning meeting of the Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations will be hosted at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation on Thursday, March 7, 2019, in California.  Sponsors of the Survey will meet to discuss timely issues for managing pay programs in the foundation sector.

The planning meeting will include:

  • Presentation by CEO Hali Croner sharing the latest compensation and benefits trends.
  • Determination of the positions and practices to be studied in the 2019 Survey and Report.
  • Roundtable discussion of current challenges and hot topics for HR professionals in the foundation sector.

Now in its 22st year, the Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations[1] is considered the gold standard benchmark resource for total compensation information and data in the foundation sector.  The report covers demographics, salary administration, cash incentives / bonuses, benefits, Board compensation and related information, and includes market data on compensation for 107 benchmark jobs.

General eligibility criteria for foundations to participate are $100 million in assets and/or a minimum of 10 employees.
