The Croner Company’s survey of global software gaming jobs will launch on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Industry professionals will gather virtually to learn about compensation trends for video gaming jobs and to plan for this year’s survey content.
The survey covers jobs in gaming companies with employees in the U.K and Europe. Human resources and compensation professionals will represent video gaming developers and publishers in all platforms: mobile, social, console, PC, handheld, MMO, cloud, virtual reality and casino games.
The planning meeting agenda includes:
- Presentation by Croner Company CEO Hali Croner, sharing the latest compensation trends in the global software games industry.
- Roundtable discussion of changes to compensation programs and policies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics include permanent remote work and use of geographic differentials.
- Review of the jobs to be included in the Survey for 2021, including new and emerging positions.
The Croner Software Games Survey – International provides comprehensive data on positions located in the U.K. The results also include selected data for positions in China, Finland, Germany, France, Spain and Sweden.
The Survey results will provide participant companies with valuable insights on jobs in demand and on the market movement of base salary, total cash compensation and total direct compensation.
