Uday joined The Croner Company in 2022. He leads analyses and project manages employee and executive compensation projects. Prior to joining The Croner Company, Uday worked for Mercer in the Career services practice, ending his tenure as a Senior Associate. He worked on a variety of projects in executive compensation, broad-based rewards and the SPAC and M&A space with a focus on compensation strategy, market benchmarking and long-term incentive plan design. He earned a BA in Economics from Pomona College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
