Tyler joined The Croner Company in 2021. He provides research and analytical support for compensation consulting projects. Prior to joining The Croner Company, Tyler had six years of experience in executive compensation consulting and corporate compensation and human resources for the health care, technology and entertainment industries. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BA in Economics and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute.
