Melissa joined The Croner Company in 2021. She leads compensation analyses for a wide range of consulting projects.
Melissa has over 35 years of global human resources and consulting experience. Prior to joining The Croner Company, she founded Red Shoe Consulting, LLC, with a focus on compensation design, talent management, pay equity audits and fractional HR services for small- to medium-sized companies.
Melissa has served as a human resources executive and leader in sectors including software games, electronics, retail, financial services, and chemical research. She earned a BBA with a minor in Computer Science from Millsaps College. Melissa also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designations.
