Lisa has nearly 20 years of experience conducting market studies on compensation, bringing rigor and deep market knowledge to provide guidance on a variety of compensation issues for media, entertainment and technology companies. She advises clients ranging from small, pre-IPO start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Lisa has advised global organizations regarding international expansion and compliance with pay transparency laws. She has also designed and assessed sales incentive plan designs and regularly provides service for clients by conducting market studies regarding staffing levels and ratios, market practices and compensation practices and levels.
Lisa earned a BS in Economics with Honors with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington. Prior to joining The Croner Company, she conducted analyses at an economic litigation consulting firm, providing economic and financial expert witness testimony.
