Lisa has nearly 20 years of experience conducting market studies on compensation, bringing rigor and deep market knowledge to provide guidance on a variety of compensation issues for media, entertainment and technology companies. She advises clients that range from small, pre-IPO start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Lisa has worked with organizations who need assistance with international expansion and compliance with pay transparency laws by building comprehensive job architectures, providing market pricing, and developing pay, bonus and equity ranges. In addition, she advises clients on all areas of compensation from base salaries to pre-IPO equity plan designs. Lisa has also designed and assessed sales incentive plan designs, with a particular focus on advertising sales plans. She regularly provides service for clients by conducting market studies regarding staffing levels and ratios, market practices and compensation practices and levels.
Lisa earned a BS in Economics with Honors with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington. Prior to joining The Croner Company, she conducted analyses at an economic litigation consulting firm providing economic and financial expert witness testimony.
Lisa lives in San Anselmo with her husband, two daughters and three guinea pigs. In the winter, she can be found skiing in the Sierras. In summertime, Lisa travels to her husband’s native Bulgaria and explores Europe with her daughters.
