Kimberly has more than 25 years of compensation consulting experience, developing and implementing rewards strategies and executive and employee compensation programs to support the achievement of business goals. She has worked with pre-IPO to Fortune 100 companies across industries.
Prior to joining The Croner Company in 2019, Kimberly was co-founder and Principal at Cobalt Strategies, Inc. and served as Practice Leader for Compensation and Performance Management at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Francisco. She also served as a senior compensation consultant at iQuantic, Inc., Watson Wyatt Worldwide and THC Associates, a boutique firm specializing in annual incentive programs. Kimberly earned a Ph.D. and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Berkeley, with her doctoral dissertation focused on employee incentive programs, and she holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, with minors in Organizational Studies and Rhetoric and Communication.
