Georges joined The Croner Company in 2017. He is responsible for introducing Croner’s Software Games Survey to European participants and promoting Croner’s consulting compensation services.
Georges manages local and regional relationships in France and other European countries and also provides clients with support to facilitate the completion of survey questionnaires and delivery of results. He has relevant compensation experience advising and assisting companies with the design and definition of profit-sharing agreements, variable compensation bonus plans and other meaningful, competitive compensation solutions. Georges graduated from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies and has an MS from the University of Aix in Marseille in Economics and Quantitative Economics.
