Ed joined The Croner Company in 2008. He leads The Croner Company’s annual compensation Surveys and the firm’s long-term initiative to maximize efficiencies and use of automation. Ed plays a key role in service to the Survey participants through regular and special compensation Surveys, as well as leading the special analyses conducted for Survey participants. He has over 15 years of compensation administration experience in the healthcare industry. Ed graduated from Syracuse University with a dual degree: a BS in Communications and a BA in Psychology.
