Conner joined The Croner Company in 2026. He contributes to analyses and development of findings and recommendations for a wide range of compensation projects. Previously, Conner was a member of the consulting team at AON, where he worked with asset managers and other financial institutions to deliver meaningful market-driven insights. He holds a BS in Agricultural Business with a minor in Economics from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
