Bei joined The Croner Company consulting team in 2019. She provides research and analyses for compensation consulting projects. Bei worked as a Survey Analyst from 2008-2010 for the Croner survey team. She also has four years of experience in economic and government finance research. Bei holds a BE from Hunan University, China, and an MA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
