Britney joined The Croner Company in 2023. As a member of the Account Relations team, she provides administrative and marketing services to support relationships with Croner Survey clients and prospective clients. Prior to joining The Croner Company, Britney worked in client service/administration support for eight years, helping with onboarding clients, managing client data in CRM and preparing and scheduling meetings for professionals in various fields of finance, healthcare, and public administration. She is a native of Jamaica and was raised in Bristol, Connecticut. Britney obtained a BS in Political Science, with a minor in Biology, from Central Connecticut State University.
