Haley Dillan

Haley joined The Croner Company in 2025. She supports compensation consulting projects with a focus on organizational strategy and executive alignment. Prior to joining The Croner Company, Haley spent over ten years advising clients in both the public and private sectors, including work with Fortune 500 companies, U.S. federal agencies and the United Nations. Her experience spans complex environments in the U.S. and abroad with a consistent emphasis on achieving client goals. She earned an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and holds a BA with honors in International Studies from the University of Oregon.
