You are invited to join Hali Croner and total rewards leaders in major media, digital and entertainment companies for a day of dialogue focused on compensation and business challenges and solutions in an intimate facilitated discussion format. The Roundtable will include in-depth discussions on relevant topics, business and compensation presentations by participant companies, and a presentation by Hali Croner highlighting compensation trends specific to the media, entertainment and digital content industries.

In September, we will finalize the agenda with input from registered participants. We anticipate the following topics will be on the agenda:

- Pay equity and pay transparency and related communication and training challenges
- Impact of AI on creative roles and pay
- Global pay practices and challenges
