Judy Weinstein

Judy is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with over 20 years of compensation experience developing competitive pay programs, including management bonus programs, long-term incentive plans and equity-related projects. She has provided compensation program consultation to clients in a variety of industry sectors, including foundations, nonprofits, entertainment, healthcare, insurance, media, aerospace, financial, consumer goods and hospitality.
Before joining The Croner Company in 2019, Judy founded JRW & Associates in 2006. Prior to that, she was a Compensation and HRIS leader for the Walt Disney Company. She recently served on the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Clinics Foundation and has held leadership positions at numerous other volunteer organizations.
Judy holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, an MA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and a certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge.
