Marj joined The Croner Company in 2021. She leads compensation analyses for a wide range of consulting projects. Marj has over 30 years of progressive corporate and consulting experience for global companies such as Mattel, Inc., Disney Consumer Products, Amgen, Deluxe Entertainment and Mercer Consulting. Her areas of expertise include market competitiveness, job architecture, job evaluation, career pathing, incentive plan design, pay practices and annual planning design and administration, reward and recognition programs and the development of training and communications.
Additionally, Marj periodically teaches Compensation and Human Resources courses at USC Bovard and UCLA Extension as part of their HR Certification Programs. She earned a BA degree from California State University, Northridge, and an MS degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
