Ashley joined The Croner Company in 2021. She provides research and analyses for a wide range of compensation consulting projects. Ashley has over eight years of experience in broad-based compensation, including consulting support and analysis and management of compensation programs. She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Business Administration (with an emphasis in Human Resources Management) from Cal State University, Long Beach.
