New Jobs Added to Survey of Content Developer Jobs and Connectivity Provider Jobs - The Croner Company

The position grids for the 2021 C2HR Content Developers Compensation Survey will cover four new job families this year. These additions result from discussions with industry representatives at the annual Survey Planning Meeting. The Planning Meeting was attended by human resources and compensation professionals from 25 companies that create and broadcast content on television, cable networks and digital streaming.

The new job families added to the Survey are:

  • Hair and Makeup
  • Digital Analytics
  • Digital Distribution Operations
  • Customer Support

The position grids for the 2021 C2HR Connectivity Providers Compensation Survey will cover ten new job families this year, resulting from discussions with industry representatives at the annual Survey Planning Meeting. The meeting was attended by human resources and compensation professionals from 11 cable, broadband and teleco companies.

The new job families added to the Survey are:

  • Data Privacy
  • Facilities / Real Estate
  • Data Science
  • Business / Network Support Engineering
  • Voice Engineering
  • Video Engineering
  • IP Engineering
  • DevOps Engineering
  • Network Operations / Maintenance
  • Wireless Installation / Service
