C2HR Connectivity Providers Survey

The C2HR Connectivity Providers Compensation Survey (formerly the C2HR Cable and Satellite MSO Compensation Survey) is an annual compensation survey providing industry-specific benchmarks for salaries, incentives and other compensation components to cable multiple systems operators (MSOs), satellite and telecommunications operators and home security companies.

In 2021, 13 companies, representing approximately 128,000 employees, are using Croner C2HR survey data to benchmark compensation for 160 positions, to understand salary differentials and to establish rational pay structures throughout their organizations. The participant companies in the Report represent the majority of industry employers and therefore provide strong industry representation. They include the largest MSOs as well as regional cable and telecommunications operators.

Jobs covered in the survey include corporate positions as well as field operations and installation technicians and customer service positions.
