Judy Weinstein

Judy is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with over 20 years of compensation experience developing competitive pay programs, including management bonus programs, long-term incentive plans and equity-related projects. She has provided compensation program consultation to clients in a variety of industry sectors including foundations, nonprofits, entertainment, healthcare, insurance, media, aerospace, financial, consumer goods and hospitality.
Before joining The Croner Company in 2019, Judy founded JRW & Associates in 2006 and prior to that held various Compensation and HRIS roles for the Walt Disney Company, including the corporate role of Director Executive Compensation. She recently served on the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Clinics Foundation and has been active in numerous volunteer organizations including Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Conservancy and Inner Circle Foster Care and Adoption Agency. Judy holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, an MA degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and a certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge.
