Blake joined The Croner Company in 2018. He provides compensation analyses and research support for wide range of projects with a focus in executive and board compensation and equity programs. Blake has been an executive compensation consultant working with The Croner Company and StreeterWyatt Governance since 2016. Prior to joining The Croner Company, Blake worked for over 14 years in program, project and personnel management in the government contracting field.
